→ Important Information:
- Prices do not fluctuate for the whole year once you place a standing order.
- Pick your roses: Let us know what colors or varieties interest you so we can negotiate the best
deal possible:
• Colors: This means “growers choice” If from time to time you may need a specific variety on your standing order, we allow some flexibility to fit your current situation, simply contact us and let us know. Prices will be Open Market price.
• Specific Varieties: We will send your roses as requested since the beginning of our agreement, at the agreed price all year round.
• Changes: You can change your standing order program 2 times a year, with the exception during high seasons like: Valentine´s day, Mother´s day and Christmas time.
- Payment: We will collect your card the day your order ships from farm.
- Minimum Order Frequency: Biweekly order minimum is required to start a SO program.
- Minimum Order Quantity: 100 stems (Quarter box)
- Delivery dates: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Claims: Contact your account manager up to 48 hours after having received your order (See claims & credit policy)
- Canceling: We understand your needs we will cancel your standing orders shipments, always with a previous notification of 48 in advance. Please always specify delivery dates you need up to cancel shipments.
- Reducing or change your order: We understand your needs, please send your changes alway with 1 week in advance.
- Change delivery days: If you need to make a change on your delivery day please let us know with 1 week in advance.
